INFORMATION ON THE ORDERING PROCESS

1. Order Process:
   The customer can submit a binding purchase offer (order) through the online shopping cart system. The items are initially placed in the "shopping cart." The customer can view and edit the "shopping cart" at any time by clicking the relevant button in the navigation bar. After clicking "Proceed to Checkout," the customer enters their personal details and shipping address. The total price of the order is displayed on this page. The customer can then click "Continue to Shipping" to select the shipping method, and then "Continue to Payment" to choose the payment method. Before completing the order, the customer has the opportunity to review, modify, or cancel the order. By clicking the "Place Order with Obligation to Pay" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude the purchase agreement.
2. Order Confirmation:
   The contract is concluded when Antonia Zander accepts the offer by sending an order confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail contains all order details as well as consumer information, the general terms and conditions, the cancellation policy, and the model cancellation form.
3. Importance of the E-Mail Address:
   To ensure that the order and all important information are delivered correctly, the e-mail address provided must be accurate, and the receipt of e-mails must be technically ensured, without being blocked by spam filters.
   
   

INFORMATION ABOUT THE GOODS

On the Antonia Zander website, customers will find detailed information about the products offered, including type, design, color, size, and material. Due to different screen and printer settings, there may be slight deviations between the images and the actual goods.
It may happen that goods are no longer available at the time of ordering or that the prices have changed since the customer’s previous visit to the website.
All products are delivered with a single-use label. When trying on the goods, the customer should ensure that the label is not removed or damaged.

PAYMENT METHODS

The payment methods available during the ordering process are displayed in the footer of the website and throughout the checkout process.

PRICES

All prices listed in the webshop include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs.


SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURNS

1. Shipping Costs:
   Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and are displayed separately. They can be seen both in the footer of the website and during the ordering process.
2. Return Costs:
   The customer bears the cost of returning the goods unless the order is canceled. In the case of a return without a valid cancellation, the customer also bears the return risk.
3. Undeliverable Goods:
   If delivery is not possible due to circumstances for which the customer is responsible (e.g., the customer cannot be reached at the specified delivery address), the customer will bear the additional costs, especially the return shipping costs to Antonia Zander.
   
   

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery usually takes place within 1 to 4 working days after payment and order confirmation to the address specified by the customer.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer if a delivery location or handover to a third party (e.g., by DHL) is specified by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes possession of the goods.
Withdrawal Form:
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by submitting an unequivocal statement (e.g., by mail or e-mail). The attached model withdrawal form can be used for this, but its use is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
In the event of a withdrawal, Antonia Zander will refund all payments received, including the shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from a shipping method chosen by the customer that is more expensive than the standard delivery), within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction. The customer bears the return shipping costs.

In case of defects in the delivered goods, the customer has statutory warranty rights.

The GTC of Antonia Zander apply to all orders placed via the website www.antoniazander.de. These can be viewed in the footer of the website.

CONTRACT LANGUAGE AND CONTRACT TEXT STORAGE

The contract language is German. The contract text is not stored. Before submitting the order, the contract data can be printed or saved electronically. After receiving the order, the customer will receive the order details along with the legally required information via e-mail.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform), available at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. Antonia Zander does not participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
