We hope you are satisfied with your product and our service. However, if you have any concerns, please contact us. We will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible!

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you take possession of the goods.

HOW DO I PROCEED IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Simply send an email with your cancellation to:

Alternatively, you can include a signed copy of the invoice in your return package, marking the items you are returning.

ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?
No, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please choose a sufficiently insured shipping method with tracking of your choice.

HOW LONG CAN I RETURN GOODS?
You must return the goods within 14 days after your cancellation or hand them over to us.

HOW DO I RETURN GOODS MOST EASILY?
Please take care to carefully and lovingly package the items, as we can only accept unused and undamaged items.

  1. Include a signed copy of the invoice and mark the returned items.
  2. Use an insured shipping method with tracking.
  3. Send the package to:

  4. After receiving and processing your return, we will refund the invoice amount or prepare the desired exchange.

WHEN AM I NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN GOODS?
You are only allowed to return goods if you have effectively canceled the contract. Please refer to the cancellation policy. There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are custom-made or clearly tailored to your personal needs (so-called "personalized goods").

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

  1. If you validly cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.
  2. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
  3. The refund will be made to the buyer using the payment method originally used for the payment. If the goods were paid for entirely or partially with a voucher, the refund will be made either entirely or partially in the form of a new voucher.
  4. The time for the refund may vary depending on the payment method.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GOODS HAVE LOST VALUE?
You are liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

EXCHANGES

HOW DO I EXCHANGE GOODS?
The return shipping for exchanged items is at the buyer's expense. The exchanged item will be sent to you free of charge.

An exchange is only possible for the same item in a different size. Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

The exchange right applies only to unworn, unwashed, and flawless items with the tags still attached. Please make sure that all original boxes and dust bags are also included in the return.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
